Some Talk about Music

My friend, Sarah, sent me (and some other of her buddies) this email last week:
Hey women with good- I mean similar- music tastes, I think it's time for a little winter music mix. Send me two songs that you're loving right now and I'll send you a mix of all our songs. Please send by Monday. xo, Sarah

I just love this "tradition" that Sarah has started and lets me be a part of.  So fun!  Here's our mix.

There were a lot of bands/artists that I hadn't ever listened to before.  I love being introduced to new stuff especially by other women with good--I mean similar--music tastes!:)

And speaking of new stuff, I discovered some other new loves this week.  One is this band called Grand Archives.  I pretty much like it all, but this song is by far my favorite

This video is not the greatest, so maybe you should just LISTEN and not watch.  A little freebie:  I adore whistling parts in songs and have decided that I'm going to start collecting them and make a whistling songs playlist someday!   This song will for sure be on it!

And this song, I found about a month ago.  I think it's really sweet.  And I think it would be a great soundtrack for a little homemade movie.

And I found this song
and listened 100 times.
