What a short year that was!

Over the last couple weeks, I’ve been rethinking my decision to take a  year-long break from blogging.  Mainly my reconsiderations were brought on by my four boys saying they really missed our blog.  Even though we had been doing a private one as a family with everyone contributing, I guess they don’t feel it’s the same.   And then some of my questions I had asked myself prior to signing off for a bit have been, in some fashion, answered.  I feel more aware and clear and free and so…

I’m coming back to Le Blab.  And I really have no idea how to start back up.  Should I recap the last 3 months or should I just start back in as if no time has passed?   Since I’m tired and nursing a very sore back (which I have no explanation for why it’s been hurting like the dickens for the last 4 days) I think I’ll do the easiest thing and not go back rummaging through the last 90 days pulling out the highlights.  That could very well take me hours!

So how about just some photos (with captions) of the last few days?march 29 2011

march 29 20112Mark and I had a special (very short) time away on Sunday for our 18-year anniversary.

We went to Montreal to see Steven Curtis Chapman and Geoff Moore in concert (complete surprise for Mark), spent the night, and then drove back early Monday morning because Mark had a class to teach.    It was lovely!

This was SCC’s tweet that night http://twitpic.com/4dz24t Frozen greetings from Montreal! Cold winds but warm hearts...

And with that, I end my break-the-ice-first-in-forever post.

Happy Tuesday!
