 * The fourth in a week-long series “Emotions”
(what I’m laughing at, crying about, pondering, rejoicing over, questioning…)
What I’ve been loving lately…
+++My cell phone.  I lost my phone sometime this summer.  It was never recovered.  Then, our TV/phone/ internet company changed their plan and upgraded our phones for free.  And now I have this:

I think it’s so cool, and I don’t even really know how to use it.  I know that it has a great camera.  I know I can connect to the internet with it.  I know it has Angry Birds on it and that my kids LOVE to play it.  I know it has a GPS.  I know I can download music onto it.
And I’m waiting for Mark to show me how it can get and keep me organized.  Maybe it can vacuum too?
+++Red Lentil Soup!  I make it at least once a week!
+++Kiva.  I’m planning to give away another $25 loan this year` to some lucky reader very soon.  If you don’t know about Kiva, you should go here and read up about this great organization.  Our first loan has been completely paid back, and we just chose our second entrepreneur—a woman in Honduras who is starting a bakery.   I can’t say enough good things about this project.
+++Anticipating our first snow!
+++Listening to Joel evolve into a French speaker in such a short period of time.  So completely fun to see!
+++Running in the winter (I’m trying to find the good, here) because the cold necessitates the use of an ear wrap (or headband) and that keeps my earphones tight in my ears.  All the other seasons, I can be seen readjusting or reinserting them multiple times during my runs.
