This week's family journal topic was Funny (say funny 10 times. It sounds...oh, never mind) What the kids and Mark wrote was, well, funny. So I had to share.

(unedited--remember he schools in French, so pardon his misspellings)

There are a lot of things and people that make me laugh like tv shows, friends and family, ect. Here are some of the things that make me laugh the most. Of course my family makes me laugh a lot more than some others people and things because they are the people that I've spent the most of my time with. There's Dad's jungle noises, and jokes, there's Joel's funny comments and things he does, there's Jack silly things he says and Mom's funny stories and dum comments (the dum comments are said on purpose and not because she can't help it) and many other things.

I like a lot of funny movies and tv shows. One of my favorite tv shows is Drake and Josh wich always makes me laugh whenever I watch it. I also like funniest home videos wich is filled with funny video clips. I love to sit down with my family and laugh at the wild and funny things people do.

(edited because it was pretty much unreadable--he's 8 so there's still time)

Hisham makes me laugh. I like making people laugh. Dad makes me laugh when he makes animal noises. Funniest Home Videos makes me laugh too. Sam copying Jacob's laughing makes me laugh. My family really makes me laugh.

(edited because I reserve the right to not publish anything to my blog that might make me look bad)

I really enjoy laughing with Jill. My favorite thing that makes me laugh are my kids. They say and do some of the funniest things.

I also love to watch funny movies or funny TV shows like Seinfeld with Jill. There is just something special about laughing with Jill that makes me feel good. I think one of the funniest things we watched together was a play we saw about a nerd who was visiting friends. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard at anything.

Jill probably thinks one of her funniest moments was when she put little exploding caps under the toilet seat and tried to scare me when I sat on it. I have to say, though, that it didn't scare me at all. She just thinks it did.

That wasn't nearly as funny as the time I told her that someone had stolen our new mountain bikes. She was so mad. First when whe thought they were stolen and then after when I told her I was joking. Now that's real humor.

Pretty jazzy and snazzy

It's going to find its way somehow to my walls. How, I'm not sure. Suggestions?
