I decided to start sharing our family's favorite healthy recipes here. I know how frustrating it is to continually come up with tasty, good-for-you dishes to serve the family night after night. When you get stuck in a rut or simply cannot bring yourself to think about "one more meal," maybe these recipes will give you a shot in the arm or help to get your creative juices flowing. I've only just started adding the recipes so the choices are slim, but I'll keep adding. Let me know if you try any of these and even give it a rating based on how it was received by the kids, how hard it was make, etc.
Most of these recipes are easy to make and easy on the pocket-book. What could be better--easy, cheap, delicious, AND nutritious!!!
When you try to access the Eating To Live blog, a page will pop up saying basically, "proceed at your own risk." Blogger is checking this for me, but essentially the warning is there to protect from spam blogs. Trust me, it's not spam!! I don't even have any recipes that use Spam :) because the idea here is HEALTH!! Anyway, the warning page should disappear in the next couple days. Maybe there will actually be something to look at by then.
